Omkar Deshpande

Omkar Deshpande is the key management leader of Salesbie. He is an Executive Director who is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. His key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. Good governance requires accountability. He knows and understands all applicable state, federal and local laws that pertain to the organization. Omkar has build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers with ability to lead and motivate.

His goal is to manage and lead the organization towards the realization of its mission and vision.

Balmukund Prajapati

Balmukund possesses an innate ability to process, organize and summarize massive volumes of client and market information and turn it into actionable, strategic thinking.
